    With over 20 years of experience in offline marketing, Paul has witnessed the industry's evolution firsthand. He founded JHET to push the envelope on how offline marketing has transformed. Paul believes that campaigns start and finish with results. He collaborates with the JHET team to build comprehensive campaign strategies, backed by JHET's detailed results reporting, ensuring every initiative is data-driven and impactful.

    Jack Barker

    CFO

    With over a decade of experience in offline media, Jack is the operational backbone of JHET. He expertly manages supply chains, data profiling, and finances, ensuring seamless operations and strategic growth. Jack's extensive knowledge and hands-on approach drive efficiency and innovation across all facets of the company.

    Head of Brand Strategy

    Dom was part of one of the fastest-growing businesses in the UK, specializing in brand awareness and driving brand momentum. At JHET, Dom oversees the brand's identity and ensures all partner campaigns are on-brand and deliver maximum results. Dom's expertise spans across design, strategy, and quality control, making him a key player in maintaining the high standards and innovative edge of JHET.

    Head of Campaigns

    Lucy has over 20 years of marketing experience, working across both online and offline channels. She’s highly organised, has a great eye for spotting improvements, and enjoys getting projects over the line smoothly and efficiently. Lucy brings a practical, hands-on approach to JHET, helping to streamline processes, support the team, and keep things moving in the right direction.

    Peter Whittall

    Head of Growth and Partnerships

    Pete brings over 20 years of hands on experience across offline sales and marketing, with a strong track record of driving growth and building meaningful partnerships. Most recently, he spent the past three years as a Marketing Manager at Mobility Bathing Group, where he further strengthened his ability to connect marketing activity with real, measurable impact.

    Now returning to his roots in offline, Pete joins JHET to help accelerate growth, unlock new opportunities, and continue building strong relationships with partners and clients alike.re
